Meadowmeer

The Meadowmeer neighborhood runs along Koura Rd between 305 and Miller Rd and has sprouted around the golf course and the recreation center. In addition to the sporting options, the area enjoys a central location with access to the Grand Forest on its west side. Homes are frequently in communities along this area and often get sun given the hilltop location.

The Grand Forest

Encompassing more than 240 acres, this forest of dense cedars, firs and maples offers over 8 miles of trails for hiking or strolling. The site is popular among all ages as a number of the paths are relatively flat, though inclines are available for those wanting more of a challenge. Forest Parking is either along Miller Rd for the West Grand Forest or off Mandus Olson to access the East Grand Forest.

Meadowmeer Golf & Country Club

This 9-hole course features 5,754 yards of golfing pleasure. The course is open to the public but you can purchase a membership for exclusive offers and dining experience.

Bainbridge Island Recreation Center

Purchased by BI Parks and Rec in 2021, the center features multi-use fitness rooms, an indoor gym and indoor tennis, as well as an outdoor 23-yard pool.  It is open to the public but membership is available as well.
