She clearly set expectations of what would happen when, what our options were and the tradeoffs of various decisions we could make in the sale. Dana took care of everything, arranging and recommending contractors, advising us on what we should fix and what we should get contractor quotes for. She produced exceptional quality marketing materials which made our house look amazing and kept us fully in the loop about the marketing process. Our house sold within days on the market and we had an amazingly quick and simple close, despite being out of the country and in another timezone altogether. Fantastic experience all round.
