I think Google needs to make a sixth star option for situations like this. We have purchased houses before, but Dana and her team went above and beyond. They made the house hunting and purchasing process (from out of state no less) as simple and comfortable as humanly possible. When we needed more information about new listings, she was quick to respond allowing us to act swiftly. Her insights as a Bainbridge local were quite helpful for understanding the different areas of the island and the uniqueness of island life. When our offer was accepted, her team was fast and thorough with the title/escrow process. And when paperwork issues arose near closing, Dana effectively coordinated the involved parties to promptly resolve the issue. Even after closing, Dana offered to help us coordinate appliance deliveries and contractor visits so the house would be ready for our arrival. Dana is thoughtful, caring, helpful, genuine, and easy to work with. We definitely plan to partner with her for any future real estate transactions.
