Crystal Springs and Point White

These southern neighborhoods feature numerous waterfront and water view homes that offer amazing views of the surrounding area, whether it be the Olympic Mountains to the west or the dancing waters of Port Orchard Bay.  They are located adjacent to Lynwood center and its many dining and cultural options.  In addition, outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy its proximity to the Gazzam Lake Wildlife Preserve.

Area Highlights

Point White Pier

The 100-foot-long dock once operated as a landing for the former Mosquito Fleet as well as a prior ferry route.  Now it is a site that is ideal for wildlife viewing and water activities such as scuba diving and fishing. 

Gazzam Lake Nature Preserve

The area boasts of nearly 445 acres of forests and wetlands, as well as an extensive trail system. It provides the largest undeveloped segment on the island and allows for excellent bird watching and exposure to the outdoors.
