I came out of last year feeling such an immense gratitude for my role. I am proud of my sales for the year- yes (of course). We ended the year with 42 transactions— 26 buyers and 15 sellers and over 50 million in real estate sold. Of those, 23 of those families were on island which landed me as the #2 broker overall. We were recognized by the Bainbridge Review as a Bainbridge Best team, brokerage and individual as well as by Seattle Agents Magazine as a Top Agent.

As we dive into the diverse cultural scene of Bainbridge Island, an exciting week unfolds, featuring three events that highlight the island's strong dedication to diversity, art, and community service. Pride Night at Eleven Winery on January 11, an exuberant celebration embracing love and inclusivity in collaboration with the vibrant LGBTQ+ community. December is always busy so I’ll skip over that part where we all talk about how it’s tiring, but awesome, but tiring… It’s the great duality in our culture. This year isn’t different for me but I somehow am feeling more appreciative than I have in the past for the little things. First and foremost for me, that’s my relationship. Matt and I are celebrating 15 years of marriage on New Years Eve and we briefly stepped away from the fray for a quick trip to Las Vegas to see my main squeeze, Bono.

Do you hear what I hear? It’s the Bainbridge Holiday Music Fire Truck! Starting on December 13, the Holiday Music Fire Truck will be driving through the island to spread holiday cheer. And on December 15, attend BPA’s captivating production of Disney’s “Beauty and The Beast”. Lastly, snap a photo with Mr. and Mrs. Claus at the Manor House. Don’t miss these fun-filled events and add joy to your holiday season.
